Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a service from Dry Olive, a brand of Xatrix Technologies SA de CV ("we"), whose details are on the legal notice. By paying for a service you accept them.

Our clients

Our services are designed for businesses and professionals. By buying, you confirm that you are acting for your business or in your profession and that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Each service is described on its page and in the quote or email where we agree on the scope. That description is what we deliver. Work outside it is quoted separately before we start.

How we work

A person on our team takes charge of your project and reviews every sample and every deliverable before it reaches you. To move faster we rely on automated tools, including speed tests, accessibility checkers and artificial intelligence. We talk by email, so the scope, the price and every change are in writing.

Free samples

Free samples are offered without obligation. You may use a sample as you wish, and you owe nothing if you don't continue.

Prices, taxes and invoices

Prices are in US dollars and already include Mexican value added tax (IVA, 16%). They are paid in advance by card through Stripe, unless we agree otherwise in writing. For each payment we issue a Mexican electronic invoice (CFDI) with the tax details you give us. Any other tax that applies to you under your own local law is your responsibility. Monthly services renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time by email and the service stops at the end of the paid month.

Delivery and changes

Delivery times on each page are estimates and start once we have the payment and the material we need from you. One round of changes is included unless the service page says otherwise.

Refunds

If we don't deliver what was agreed, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it. If we can't, we refund the price of the affected part.

Your material and access

You keep all rights to your content, code and data. You grant us the access needed to do the work, and you can revoke it at any time. We use access only for the agreed work, and we stop using it when the work ends. You confirm you have the right to give us that material and access. Reviews that test a live system need your written authorization first.

What you receive

Once paid, the deliverables are yours to use without limit. We may reuse general know-how, but never your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep confidential everything you share with us that isn't public. We don't share it with anyone; it only passes through the tools we use to do the work, such as email and AI, which have their own confidentiality obligations.

Limits

Our audits and reviews describe what we found at the time of the review; they don't guarantee the absence of other problems, legal compliance, rankings or results. Our total liability for a service is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of Mexico City have jurisdiction. This does not limit any rights that your own country's law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract. Before any claim, we will try to resolve the disagreement in good faith by email.
