Business contacts

We look for software and web businesses whose products we can improve, using public sources: app store listings, the business's own website and its public DNS records. We keep the company name, the website, the contact email address the business publishes, and our notes on its product. We use this data to send one relevant business email and, if there's no answer, a few short follow ups. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reply "stop" to any of our emails and we will not write to you again; we keep only your address on a suppression list so it stays that way. Records of businesses that don't reply are deleted after twelve months.

Clients

When you ask for a sample or buy a service, we use your contact details, the material you send us and your payment records to do the work, invoice and meet tax obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Providers

Email is hosted by GoDaddy and the website by Cloudflare. Some of them process data outside your country under their standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its use, by writing to martina@dryolive.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
